Course List
MCA uses a combination of classroom taught curriculum and individualized mastery approach to educate children. A strong emphasis is placed on basic skills including reading, writing and mathematics. The curriculum is complemented with computers, French, music, physical education, social studies and science. Courses follow the New Brunswick Ministry of Education content guidelines.
High school courses include lecture style classes, for Algebra, English and Pre-calculus. They also have the opportunity to complete science labs dealing with biology, chemistry and physics.
Students graduating from MCA have been accepted at public and Christian colleges and universities throughout Canada and the United States. Many have distinguished themselves with scholarships, awards and continued academic success at the post-secondary level. MCA works closely with students and parents with career and interest assessment tools to identify desired and appropriate post secondary pursuits and to ensure the right courses are taken to properly prepare for post-secondary studies or training.
