Sports Teams And Intramurals

Our school has an intramural sports program that competes during lunch for guys and girls in grades 7-12. This program is available to any student that is interested in participating in a variety of different sports which will occupy a portion of their lunch time. It is a great opportunity to develop skill and to develop interpersonal skills as they compete on a team.

Our school competes in the NBIAA, which is the sports program designed for competitive sports between a variety of different schools. This is available to students in grades 7-12 and there are teams for guys and girls. As a school we normally compete in soccer, basketball and badminton.

Track and field is one additional competitive sport opportunity available for students in grades 4-12. Each spring, our school hosts a track and field day where we will compete with many of the Maritime Christian schools, this event is open to qualified students in grades 4-6. Qualified students in grades 7-12 will have the opportunity to compete in a track and field day in Truro, Nova Scotia. These are two days that many of our students really look forward to.
